NUPPU
Sustainable children's tableware that allows you to stay close to your only childhood. "NUPPU (Nupp)" designed by Maya Puoscali, based in Helsinki, Finland, has a round, gentle touch and a warm mouth, and is made of a safe (natural) material. “NUPPU,” meaning “bud” in Finnish, is a product designed by Mya, who is the mother of two children, based on her own childcare experience. The first device that a child touches first in life is something that can be used for a long time. Such feelings of the hand were gathered up, making use of the tradition and technology of Hasami pottery in the production and carefully baked one by one.
Nuppu tableware is made of ceramic not plastic. In this disposable era, long-term thinking and sustainability are essential, and it is vital that children learn to value things. Fostering this sense of care is even more important when something is breakable. That’s why you are welcome to return any dishes that break during the warranty period at no extra cost. Warranty time is 3 years; you can replace one of the defective ceramic products with the same model once.
The "Baby" series includes a mug, a bowl, a plate, a style, and a spoon. I valued the rounded shape and the size of the child's body. Also, because the amount of baby eating at one time is not so large, the dishes are designed to be able to save food. For example, the plate is intended to be used as a bowl lid. It is the design that ease of use and elegance coexist.
