Welcome to Yonobi. Here you will find any relevant information about terms and condition when shopping at itsyonobi.com.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When purchasing products on itsyonobi.com you must fill on your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made onitsyonobi.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation on your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.
The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

FREIGHT WITHIN DENMARK
For purchases above 500 DKK, the shipping is free in all of Denmark (exclusive of Greenland, the Faeroe Islands) to your nearest Post office or post box.
For purchases below DKK 500 send to either your nearest post office or post box. You choose the delivery method yourself in our system. Shipping costs will show on your order confirmation.
You might also want to pick up the item yourself - free of freight costs at our studio in Copenhagen. Your order can be picked up from Tuesday-Friday between 10-17 (Friday to 17.30) The Studio address: Ny Kongensgade 11, 1472 Copenhagen.
SHIPMENT TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Itsyonobi.com ships worldwide. All consignments to foreign countries, you choose the delivery method and the costs will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.
If you order before 12 AM we will send your order the same day. Should there be delays at the shipping carrier Yonobi cannot, however, be held responsible. Please note that parcels to Bornholm and other smaller islands in some cases can be up to 3 days on their way.

WHAT'S KEEPING MY PARCEL?
If your parcel does not arrive or you get impatient, please contact us at Customer Service +45 29 47 37 27 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to have your order number at hand. You can also trace your parcel, here you must use the tracking number, which you received with the order confirmation.
RETURN POLICY / COOLING OFF AND CANCELATION
Articles bought from Yonobi are fully returnable within 30 days upon receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging.
If you wish to return your order your must let us know within 14 days of reception and have return the items within another 14 days. Please let us know at email@example.com. In your message make sure to let us know you wish to return the order and wish to use your right of return.
You cannot undo your purchase by only refusing to receive it but must inform us clearly first.
You must return your order without any further delay within 14 days after you've informed us about your wish of return. You are responsible for both delivery expenses and safe conditions of the item when shipped.
Items of a certain size or fragility picked up in our shop at Ny Kongensgade 11, 1472 Copenhagen must be personally delivered in the shop as well.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RETURN POLICY

REFUND OF ORDER AMOUNT
When we receive the order and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account. We will refund the amount to the original account used for the purchase. We can hold back the refund until we have received the item unless you provide us with full documentation of having returned the item.

Please note that the sender is responsible for the returned goods and we advise you to send the package as an insured item. When we have received the goods and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account. Be aware that when crediting your payment we will draw the freight expenses, even though you had a free delivery. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation of that the goods have been sent. Returning of goods is at your own cost and risk.
If you want to deliver the item in person just let us know and show up in our shop at Ny Kongensgade 11, 1472 CPH
RETURN OF GIFTS
If you have received a gift, which has been bought from Yonobi and you wish to return the product we can exchange it, to an another product of the equivalent value. If you find a product, which is more expensive, you can pay the difference and we will send it to you instead. Expenses in connection with the returning and the delivery of a new product are to be paid by you. In both cases, you must contact us at +45 29 47 37 27 all Tuesday-Friday between 10 - 17. The returning is made as described under ”Return Policy”. Unfortunately, the money cannot be refunded to any other credit card than the one, which was used to pay for the gift.
At Yonobi you can pay with payment cards Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, Visa Electron and JCB. You can choose to pay via PayPal.
The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are stated in DKK or Euro and are inclusive of 25% VAT, unless you are trading from a country outside the EU.
At Yonobi you are able to join our mailing list at the button of the website. When joining you will receive newsletters and other information from us. This service can be switched off at any time if you don't wish to receive newsletter anymore. You can unsubscribe at the top and bottom of the newsletter.
